To Whom It May Concern,
J. E. Foster Building Company recently did renovations for our Establishment, The Gene Slay’s Boys’ Club of St. Louis. We couldn’t be more pleased with their dedication, professionalism and overall quality of craftsmanship.
Joe Sneed, Vice President of J.E. Foster Building Company was always readily accessible via phone or email from the start of the project through the completion. He stayed in constant contact with The Club to keep us up-to-date with all facets of the project. He was very strategic in solving any technical problems that arose and was a wonderful liaison between the Club and the Architects. He is a superb professional and we will be more than happy to work with him in the future.
J.E. Foster’s Site Superintendent, Matt Pigg was equally professional and proficient. He and his contractors and sub-contractors were always timely, approachable and available for comments, questions or concerns. They were excellent in regards to feedback about what needed to be done and if a project needed to be revamped they were quick to make the changes. They came to The Club and worked hard and interacted kindly with the staff and members of The Club.
As a result of this exceptional dedication to the project at hand, our renovations were on time and done remarkably well. We will use J.E. Foster in the future for any remodeling to the Club and we highly recommend J.E. Foster to any company looking to make any changes to their establishment.
Sincerely,
Prescott W. Benson, MA, MAPC
Director of Programs
“We recently contracted with J.E.Foster Building Company to perform a very difficult and complex roof support system project. This was completed with excellent craftsmanship and on schedule. I would highly recommend them and would make a special mention of the supervision and attention to detail by Joseph B. Sneed.”

“This letter is written to provide a recommendation for J.E.Foster Building Company. I have worked with J.E.Foster Building Company on several different projects and have been completely satisfied with the company’s performance. The latest being a 50 meter pool, pump house, and associated site work at Crestview Middle School. They are easy to work with, especially when coordinating with our operations and special conditions.During the projects, employees conducted themselves in a professional manner and ran a smooth operation. Any questions we had were answered quickly and in a straight forward manner.
I would look forward to working with J.E.Foster Building Company again.”

Lindbergh Schools was fortunate to work with J.E.Foster and to have Mark Hrdlicka as our projects manager and Glen Tebbe as our site superintendent during our Structural and Pool Renovations projects at Sperreng Middle School in the summer of 2009. This project was on a tight schedule and was very difficult, requiring a contractor with excellent skills in scheduling, coordination, and management of their subcontractors while working with the District’s abatement contractor. J.E.Foster exceeded our expectations by delivering our project to us with little-to-no “hiccups”. In addition, the project was delivered to us on time and within the budget. They proved that they know how to tackle a project by combining their experience, skills, and talent.
It was an excellent experience to work with J.E.Foster and I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects.
